Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of a 15,610 square foot assisted living facility located at 7741 Tanglewilde Street in Houston, Texas. The buyer, Ocean 4 LLC, was represented by Richard Copeland of Keller Williams Commercial. Elena Bakina, PhD, CCIM of Colliers International represented the seller, Best Personal Care LLC, in the transaction.

Best Personal Care, LLC is a Type A behavioral health assisted living facility that provided care to residents with mental disorders and adults with special needs. The three level building is located in Southwest Houston. It has forty-six licensed beds. Ocean 4 LLC plans to transfer the license and continue the legacy of BPC by providing a safe and friendly environment to their residents.

Houston’s Seniors Housing Majority Assisted Living sector is currently 81% occupied. The average monthly rental rate is $5,063, which is growing by 2.2% annually.
