CONTI Organization, one of North Texas’ largest private multifamily property owner-operators, has expanded its footprint in the state with the acquisition of Vine Apartments, a 420-unit complex located at711 Trinity Cir,centrally located in between Dallas and Fort Worth in Arlington, TX.Vine, CONTI’s43rd acquisition in Texas, increases the company’s current Texas portfolio to 31 properties and more than 9,000 units.
