The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Michael Lea. “Conroe Business Park has performed well historically and continued to perform well during the pandemic, which made it an attractive acquisition target for the buyer” said Lea.

Conroe Business Park is located at 1300 South Frazier Street in Conroe, Texas.
