Oracle (NYSE:ORCL) is moving its headquarters from Redwood City, California to Austin, Texas.

The company also says it will implement "a more flexible employee work location policy."

Oracle spokesperson, in a statement to CNBC: "We believe these moves best position Oracle for growth and provide our personnel with more flexibility about where and how they work."
