Transwestern Represents Catapult Health With Nearly 31,000 SF Office Relocation In Dallas

Catapult Health, the leading national provider of employer-sponsored preventive checkups, has signed a new 30,656-square-foot office lease in The Offices at Prestonwood Place at 5294 Belt Line Road in Dallas. The company is relocating from its previous location at 8144 Walnut Hill Lane. Transwestern Principal Michael Griffin provided tenant advisory services to Catapult Health.

Prestonwood Place is a 133,353-square-foot, mixed-use development on a 16-acre site in the Addison submarket of Dallas. In 2020, the site was revamped with new office space and updated retail opportunities.
