Capview Partners, LLC, a Dallas-based real estate investment and fund management firm, has expanded its team with the addition of Scott Brooks as managing director and head of client relations, where he will focus on sales strategy and development of key sales channels.

Brooks has 28 years of investment management experiences working with retirement plan sponsors, investment consultants, financial advisors, and record keepers. He has served leading financial service firms including SEI, Deutsche Asset Management, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Managers Investment Group and OppenheimerFunds.

Brooks received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Cornell University. He holds FINRA 3, 7, 24, and 63 licenses, is a CFA charter holder, and recently served as co-President of the Defined Contribution Real Estate Council (DCREC), where he was a founding member. Brooks is also an active member of the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA).
